023: Tijuana Flats Paintings - Day 3
Late start means a late night. Again. Nearly 3 down, 1 to go.
And for those of you interested, I will be getting an iPad. I’m a Mac whore.

022: Tijuana Flats Paintings - Day 2
Still… going…
Update later.
021: Tijuana Flats Paintings - Day 1
Here I am in my garage, working away on a set of 4 paintings for Tijuana Flats. The sizes I’m working at are two 2x2’s, and one 3x3 and 4x4. These will be the new decor paintings that go inside the stores, but aren’t to be confused for the murals I do. These are completely different. I’ll show the progress tomorrow, along with my...

019: the Bet (2002)
A student film, written and directed by me, all the way back in my Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale days (2000-2003). The video quality is crappy, but this is the best that I can find.
The story is simple. One friend bets the other that he can’t stay up for a week.
Hilarity ensues.
Mike Graham is the guy in the hat. Kyle Learn is the one that’s always...

018: Welcome to the Jungle
Here’s some bonus artwork to tide you over (whoever is out there that actually cares!) while you await the REAL Saturday update, which, admittedly, I got around to doing a little too late.
This is my comic I did when I was in high school and college, called “Urban Jungle”. It features characters that are being used in some of my current comics...

the Bet
Today’s post may be a couple hours late. It’s uploading as we speak.
This thing hasn’t seen the light of day since 2002.
I was trying to think of something to do for today, and I stumbled upon a CLASSIC from the Peterson vault. I figured it was too good to not do anything with it, so I’m giving it to the masses… whether you wanted it or not.
Stay tuned…

016: Unused Masterpieces Junk
Sometimes you’re awesome. And sometimes you suck.
This time… I sucked. Oh well.
It’s not bad, but it’s not great. I could have done better, but this whole thing was done in less than 20 minutes, so it was a good exercise if anything. I could have done the water better. And the tree. And the girl. And everything else.

015: Record Covers Project
Number One | Mellon Collie & the Infinite Sadness
This is going to be a weekly thing on this blog, where I recreate an album cover of my favorite records of all time. A best of list, if you will. In no real order, either. Just my favorite albums by my favorite bands.
So, first off, is Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness by the Smashing Pumpkins.
I love...

After School Special
Yes, for those of you who are regulars here, I have posted the Conan vs. Leno comic before. However, this comic has been picked to accompany an article written by Julie Garisto about the Conan O’Brien fiasco over at NBC on the REAX Music website.
It’s a great article, and I thank Julie for using my comic for it.
For those of you who have come to this blog from the Reax site, HEY!...

A day (or four) late...
I was in New York with some friends over New Years weekend. It was awesome. Snow, museums, subways drinks and pizza.
I met up with my buddy Lee while I was up there, and when I’m around the dude, I feel totally inspired. His plan for Twenty-Ten… make something new everyday and put it up on the interwebs.
So, naturally, I’ll be ripping him off and (attempting) to do the same.
